Under Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, the Division of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital ("we") would like you to know:

1. Collected by: Division of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital.
2. Purpose: Registration, attendance tracking, and event updates for the 2026 Trauma Survivors Club & Regional Trauma Network Outcomes Conference.
3. What we collect: Name, email, phone, organization, department, and job title.
4. How long: From collection until December 31, 2026, then deleted.
5. Where: Taiwan, and wherever our cloud services are located.
6. Who uses it: Only us, the event organizer.
7. How we use it: Processed electronically. We may contact you by email or phone about the event.
8. Your rights: Under Article 3 of the Act, you can ask to view, copy, correct, or delete your data, or ask us to stop using it. Just email peiling@trauma.tw.
9. If you don't provide it: All "I'm In" fields are required, so we can't register you without them. All "Can't Go" fields are optional.
